In the heart of Umbrian DOP producing area, the Bacci family is committed to producing top quality extra virgin organic olive oils that achieve balance, harmony and complexity which can only come from experience, dedication and passion. Now, in its 4th generation, Noemio, named after his grandfather, looks after his 36 hectares (11.000 olive trees), with the same passion and commitment combining the latest technologies with respect for tradition and the environment.

Olive Production

  • Cultivars: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino 
  • Milling: The olives are gathered in the first stage of pruning, and they are milled within 24 hours
  • Bottling Plant: (state of the art – Alfatek) bottled under nitrogen saturation. This technique allows perfect conservation of the chemical and organoleptic properties, which fully mature during the product shelf life.

Total Production

  • State-of-the-art facilities, which can produce up to 72 tons per day, using AlfaLaval latest generation milling machine.
