In the heart of Umbria (Gualdo Cattaneo) DOP producing area, the Bacci family are committed to producing top quality extra virgin olive oils that achieve balance, harmony and complexity that can only come from experience, dedication and passion. Now, in its third generation, Noemio, named after his grandfather, looks after his 36 hectares (11.000 trees), cultivar with the same passion and commitment combining the latest technologies with respect for tradition and the environment.

Olive Production

  • Cultivars: Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino 
  • Milling: The olives are gathered in the first stage of pruning, and are milled within 24 hours
  • Bottling Plant: (state of the art – Alfatek) bottled under nitrogen saturation.  This allows for perfect conservation of the chemical and organoleptic properties, which mature fully during the shelf life of the product.

Total Production

  • State-of-the-art facilities, which can produce up to 45,000 kg a day, utilizing AlfaLaval latest generation milling machine.
