100% Italian Cold-pressed, obtained from Moraiolo (40%), Frantoio and Leccino (60%) olive varieties. On the nose it expresses itself with herbaceous aromas, balanced in bitter and spicy, with medium fresh olive sensations.
Pairing: It lends itself well in the preparation of Italian cuisine, perfect therefore both raw and for cooking, from pasta to meat and vegetable dishes.
